Disclaimer or Warranties and Technical Support

License and License Cancelation

This license agreement should always be considered to be in effect until otherwise expressly terminated by PennyAuctionBot.com.  Upon such violation, you will stop using Penny Auction Bot in any way and guarantee that you will destroy any copies of this software that you currently have control of.

General Supplement

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.  This agreement contains the notification and contract between parties to which this agreement is referring to, and takes priority over any and all other agreements, arrangements, or understandings, weather written, oral or otherwise.
